Cancellation Policy
 

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures flexibility while protecting the integrity of our scheduling system. Please review the terms below:

General Terms

1. Notice Period:
   • Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
2. Cancellation Fees:
   • If notice is provided within the required time frame, no cancellation fees will be charged.
   • Cancellations made after the notice period will result in the full session fee (£65) being payable.
   • Failure to show up without notice ("no-show") will result in the full session fee (£65) being payable.

Late Arrivals

• We will always attempt to complete the full 90-minute session where possible however, this may not be possible due to the scheduling of other appointments. If we are unable to complete the full session due to lateness, the full session fee (£65) is still payable.

Special Circumstances

• In the event of unforeseen emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
